Hey I’ve just stumbled across an awesome blog called Waiter Rant. Basically hes a waiter. And he rants. Seriously though strangely compeling reading, very good for anyone whos ever been in a customer service industry.
A good read.

I forget now how I came across Waiter Rant, but I’m pretty sure it was through the Japanese School teacher editorials. Anyway, if you liked Waiter Rant, check out:
